We’re rallying together in the new year and you can be part of it too by committing to 24 hours of physical activity in September and October! Whether it’s walking, swimming, jogging, tennis, or anything else that gets you moving, every activity counts – just track your time and be part of this free virtual challenge!
The idea is to do some form of physical activity little and often. If you do about 30 minutes a day that will get you to your goal of 24 hours by the end of October. Remember any physical activity counts, whether it be 10 minutes of throwing and catching with your friends, 30 minutes of gardening, an hour jogging or a 20 minute dog walk. It all adds up!
The challenge will run alongside National Inclusion Week and is open to all of our supporters to join in.
Challenge Period
Physical activity can only be logged between 1st September – 31st October.

How Does the Money I Raise Help?
All funds raised help us to get more people playing tennis, especially those who don’t typically get a chance, through our Bright Ideas for Tennis I Play 30 programme.
Watch our Tennis for Everyone Video to see how easily tennis can be adapted and how inclusive tennis can really be!
