Support us by taking part in our virtual 24hrs of activity in February challenge.
As this is a virtual event, you can do the challenge when it suits you.
Record 24 hours of activities by the end of February – be that Tennis, Walking, Running, Cycling, Swimming, or a round of Golf, take your pick, it's up to you.
Each activity should be at least 30 minutes in duration.
Why 30 minutes? Our disability programme that provides free weekly coaching to children and young people with learning sensory and/or physical disabilities, is called I Play 30 – see more here
Once you have completed your challenge simply send your evidence to email@example.com and we will send you a certificate.
All you need to do is click the link to sign up, set up a fundraising page and let everyone know what you're doing.
