24 Hours of Non-Stop Tennis!

24 Hours of Non-Stop Tennis!

We rounded up another incredible 24hr Tennis Marathon this weekend at the National Tennis Centre.

A wonderful opportunity for students from across the UK to come together to give back to their communities and help make tennis more inclusive for all. Not only do the students get the chance to play on the courts that the likes of Andy and Jamie Murray train on, but they get to challenge themselves against the best of British tennis. British pro’s of past and present teamed up with the participants in a doubles match for those all important bragging rights, lots of laughs and memories for a lifetime.

A huge thank you to the fundraisers and organisers from the schools for doing an amazing job this year and smashing targets.

The year was our most inclusive event yet, as we invited our I Play 30 participants, volunteers and coaches to join in too. It was brilliant to see so many of the students trying wheelchair tennis, VI tennis and learning more about the work we do through I Play 30. Allowing all of the players to mix around with the pro’s and try disability tennis was very valuable and speaks volumes to the work we are continuing to do at clubs and schools across the country.

The teams are still busy fundraising so please click here to show your support.
